Being a small timer, all I need is an uncapping tub and an electric hotknife. Cappings processing is all done with a home made solar melter.

This is a Dadant 6-12 stainless motorized extractor. It's overkill for my operation but the price was right second hand. The damage from a fall off a truck is evident on the lower left but it doesn't affect it's function at all.
